Hainan introduces a system for managing business entity registration archives, which includes new intelligent review and circuit breaker mechanisms in the query system.

In order to adapt to the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the full electronic registration reform, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Hainan Provincial Archives Bureau recently jointly formulated and issued the "Management Measures for Registration Archives of Business Entities". This "measures" will be officially implemented from January 12, 2026. In the "measures", innovation is proposed to deploy intelligent audit and fuse mechanism in the provincial query system, and to establish a "technology + manual" dual risk prevention system through technical means combined with regular manual sampling.
