The Chimelong Ocean Kingdom (02255.HK) signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Henan Science and Technology Museum.

China Finance and Economics App News, Haichang Ocean Park (02255.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Park (Zhengzhou Park), has signed a non-legally binding strategic cooperation memorandum with the Henan Science and Technology Museum. According to the memorandum, the two parties will deepen cooperation in cross-venue exhibition projects, co-creation of scientific popularization content, co-creation of scientific popularization courses, co-organization of themed activities, resource sharing and complementarity, and joint promotion of brands. The aim is to create a benchmark project of "Science Popularization + Culture and Tourism" in the Central Plains region, deeply integrate ocean culture and tourism experience with science and technology popularization education; establish a sustainable "scenario + content" collaborative model, providing the public with an integrated experience of "learning while entertaining, immersing while learning", especially meeting the diverse needs of parent-child families; and explore a feasible and replicable operational model for integrating science popularization with culture and tourism, setting an example of industry innovation.
