The "Shanghai Municipal Comprehensive Community Construction Implementation Plan" has been released to the public. It proposes that by the end of 2027, the coverage rate of complete communities in the main urban area and five new towns should reach 60%; ensuring the completion of 15 or more new distinctive complete communities. By the end of 2030, further optimizing the spatial layout of complete communities in the city, promoting the extension of complete communities to new towns. By the end of 2035, promoting the contiguous development of complete communities, perfecting the implementation path of "complete community - complete block - complete city".
