According to the Enterprise Search, Xinyuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in October 2019, with XIANG ZHANG as the legal representative, currently held by Shanghai Union Investment Co., Ltd., MEMRIS Asia Pacific Limited, and the aforementioned new shareholders.
