Birch Venture Capital raised 23 cornerstone investors to subscribe to $372.5 million.

Tech company Wall Ren will be listed from December 22nd to December 29th, with an expected listing date of January 2nd, 2026. At that time, it will become the first Hong Kong-listed company of 2026 and also the first GPU company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO will include 248 million H shares priced between HK$17 and HK$19.6 per share. The company has introduced 23 cornerstone investors, including Qiming Venture Partners, Ping An Life Insurance, Shanghai Jinglin, UBS, Taikang Life Insurance, Shenzhen SZ, CVCapital, and Southern Fund, with a total subscription of $3.725 billion.
