Geely Automobile: Geely's privatization transaction is completed.

Geely Auto announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all the preconditions for the transaction under the merger agreement have been met, and the transaction was completed on December 22, 2025. Jike, which was previously a non-wholly-owned subsidiary between companies, has now been converted into a wholly-owned subsidiary between companies. Its financial performance will continue to be fully consolidated into the Group's consolidated financial statements. However, the amount previously attributed to non-controlling interests will be reclassified and offset.
