Zhongtong Finance APP News, Shi Rong Zhao Ye (002016.SZ) announced the plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to specific objects. The issuance of this convertible bond is limited to no more than 35 qualified specific objects (including 35) who meet the regulatory requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The total amount of funds raised in this issuance will not exceed 550 million yuan (including this amount), and the net proceeds after deducting issuance expenses will be used entirely for the Shi Rong Henghua Garden project in Zhuhai.
