ST Quanwei: Civil Mediation Agreement involving RMB 69.01 million for Shandong Quanwei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a company and its subsidiary.

ST Quan announced that Shandong Quanwei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, received a civil mediation document served by the Intermediate People's Court of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, regarding a case of contract dispute between China National Building Materials Junxin Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Quanwei Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Quanwei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Chu Yifan. According to the mediation agreement, Shandong Quanwei Company and Guangdong Quanwei Company are required to pay Junxin Company 23.90 million yuan within one year starting from September 17, 2025, and bear a total of 399,000 yuan in case acceptance fees and preservation fees. The company will make appropriate accounting treatment based on the subsequent execution of the agreement and accounting standards, and the specific impact will be determined after financial accounting.
