Jianpeng Holdings (01722.HK) subsidiary receives letter of intent for construction project in Macau.

The Zhongtong Finance APP reported that Jianpeng Holdings (01722.HK) announced that Jianpeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has received an intention letter dated December 8, 2025 from a resort and casino operator. The owner expressed an intention to grant the joint venture enterprise owned by Jianpeng Construction and a building company in Macau (a joint venture partner, a third party independent of the company and its related parties) the construction contracts related to the construction activities center in Macau; and the construction contract related to the construction of the theater in Macau, in order to carry out the activities center contract engineering and the theater contract engineering.
