Sungrow Technology (01079.HK) completed the issuance of a total of 100 million shares of private placement shares.

Finance and Economics APP News, Matijy Technology (01079.HK) announced that all conditions of the placement have been met and completed on December 22, 2025. Under the terms of the placement agreement, a total of 100 million placement shares (equivalent to approximately 7.01% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital after completion of the placement) have been successfully placed at a placement price of HK$0.30 per share to no less than six underwriters.
