Wisdom Financial News APP News, Shangao New Energy (01250) announced that on December 22, 2025, Wu Xiangbei Qing Smart Energy (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as the employer) and China Railway 17th Bureau Second Engineering (as the contractor) entered into an EPC contract. According to the EPC contract, Wu Xiangbei Qing Smart Energy agreed to appoint the contractor to provide EPC services for the project (a 100MW photovoltaic power generation project located in Wuxiang County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province), with a total contract price of 405.5 million yuan (including tax) (adjustable when national tax policies change).
