Zhuoran Corporation: Subsidiary Signs Major Contract Worth 4.33 Billion Yuan.

Zhuoran Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Zhuoran Smart Energy Co., Ltd., has signed a supplementary agreement to amend the "Erdos Jingzhong New Materials Co., Ltd. 1.2 million tons PBAT biodegradable polyester project" general contract with Shanghai Dongjing Green Energy New Materials Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Province Installation Group Co., Ltd. Zhuoran Smart Energy will be responsible for equipment supply, with a provisional order amount of 4.033 billion yuan, accounting for 142.09% of the company's audited operating income in 2024.
