China Nuclear Construction (601611.SH) subsidiary receives a total of 5 billion yuan investment from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
The China Nuclear Engineering Corporation (601611.SH) announced that, in order to further reduce its asset-liability ratio and optimize its capital structure, its subsidiaries, including CNEC 23, CNEC 24, CNEC Huaxing, CNEC 5, and CNEC Huachen, are planning to introduce Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Investment Co., Ltd. to increase their capital through non-public agreement, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. Among them, CNEC 23 will be increased by 1.5 billion yuan, with ICBC holding 17.32% of the shares after the increase; CNEC 24 will be increased by 800 million yuan, with ICBC holding 18.96% of the shares after the increase; CNEC Huaxing will be increased by 1.5 billion yuan, with ICBC holding 10.60% of the shares after the increase; CNEC 5 will be increased by 800 million yuan, with ICBC holding 22.25% of the shares after the increase; CNEC Huachen will be increased by 400 million yuan, with ICBC holding 45.93% of the shares after the increase. After this transaction is completed, the company will still have actual control over the five target companies.
