(Zhitong Finance APP), (01008.HK) announced that Mr. L Tianneng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee, in order to devote more time to other business matters, effective from March 15, 2026.
