Xin Zhu Corporation announced that the company has signed a three-year "Tibet Duolong Copper Mine" integrated comprehensive energy security project framework cooperation agreement with Tibet Hongda Duolong Mining Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Xin Zhu Corporation will be responsible for the investment, construction, and operation of the project, which will be carried out in three phases, including temporary power supply for the copper mine camp, permanent power supply for the living base, and power supply for the mining and dressing project. Xin Zhu Corporation plans to establish a project company, Ali Shudao Clean Energy Co., Ltd., in the Ali Area of Tibet Autonomous Region with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
