Tencent Finance APP News, China Merchants Securities (06099.HK) announced that at the board meeting held on December 22, 2025, it was decided to appoint Mr. Li Delin as a member of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee and the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and to appoint Mr. Li Delin as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Ma Xiaoli was also appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee.
