Dong'e Ejiao announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding trading, with a total repurchase amount of no less than 100 million yuan and no more than 200 million yuan. The repurchase price will not exceed 72.08 yuan per share, and the expected repurchase quantity will be 1.3873-2.7747 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.22%-0.43% of the total share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled and the registered capital will be reduced. The implementation period will not exceed 12 months from the approval of the shareholders' meeting. The company's controlling shareholders have no plans to reduce their holdings in the next 3 or 6 months.
