Focus Media: Subsidiary obtained a $30 million line of credit, guaranteed by FMDL.

Focus Media announced that its overseas subsidiaries, FMDL, Vietnam Golden Sun, and Focus Media Hong Kong, have signed credit agreements with a bank to meet business needs, securing a total credit line of $30 million. The highest credit line is $30 million for FMDL, $15 million for Vietnam Golden Sun, and $5 million for Focus Media Hong Kong. FMDL also received a $10 million letter of credit opening limit. FMDL and the bank signed a guarantee agreement, providing a maximum credit guarantee of $30 million for the applicant's debts. The holding company of Focus Media Hong Kong, JAS and TNDL, provides counter-guarantees according to their shareholding ratios. As of the disclosure date, the company and its subsidiaries have approved guarantees equivalent to 550 million yuan, accounting for 3.23% of the latest audited consolidated net assets attributable to equity shareholders. The actual amount used is 163 million yuan and $30 million.
