The first seventh freedom passenger route of the Hainan Free Trade Port officially opened with passengers entering the country smoothly.

At a key node of the operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port, at 16:06 on December 22, the "Sanya-Prague" flight DV482 operated by Kazakhstan's SCAT Airlines landed smoothly at Sanya Phoenix International Airport, with fire trucks on both sides of the apron spraying arc-shaped water columns, intersecting in the sky above the runway to form a spectacular "water gate", through which the flight passed. The 115 passengers from the Czech Republic on this flight successfully entered the country, making them the first group of passengers to arrive on the first seventh freedom passenger flight route of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
