China Merchants Bank announced that the 13th Board of Directors' 9th meeting held on December 22 approved a comprehensive credit line of 165 billion yuan to China Merchants Group for a period of 3 years. As of October 31, 2025, 980.25 billion yuan of the 1,300 billion yuan credit line granted in June 2024 has been utilized. China Merchants Group indirectly holds 29.97% of China Merchants Bank's shares and is the largest controlling shareholder. This related party transaction does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting and has no significant impact on the operation and finances of China Merchants Bank.
