According to the Qi Cha Cha APP (a Chinese corporate information platform), recently, Guanghe New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Xu Chenggen as its legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its business scope includes: power generation, power transmission, power supply; wind power generation technology services; charging pile sales; energy storage technology services, etc. According to the equity penetration shown on Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly held by China General Nuclear Power Group Wind Power Co., Ltd. wholly-owned subsidiary China General Nuclear Power Group New Energy Co., Ltd. and Huamei Holding Company Limited.
