Anhui Expressway announced that Shareholder China Merchants Highway & Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings of the company's A shares by 8.409 million shares from September 22, 2025 to December 21, 2025 through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.492% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range is 15 to 15.79 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 130 million yuan. After the reduction, China Merchants Highway holds 488 million shares of the company, accounting for 28.572% of the total share capital.
