(hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghong Tongyu"), according to the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, Zhonghong Tongyu intends to introduce investors through capital increase and share expansion. Wuhan Wuchuang Institute Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuchuang Institute Investment") is planned to increase capital by 10 million yuan in cash, and the entire amount will be included in the registered capital. As an existing shareholder of Zhonghong Tongyu, the company waives its preemptive subscription rights for this capital increase.
