The fundraising project for issuing stocks to specific parties in 2021 has been basically completed, with a surplus fund of 94.557 million yuan as of December 19, 2025. It is planned to permanently supplement the working capital for operating activities. The relevant special accounts will be cancelled, and the three-party/four-party regulatory agreements will be terminated.
