State Grid New Energy Cloud released the "Announcement of Organizing Bidding for Mechanism Electricity Prices for New Energy in Henan Province by 2025". The bidding subject is wind and photovoltaic projects that will be put into operation or committed to be put into operation from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026. This bidding process differentiates between wind and photovoltaic projects, with a total mechanism electricity capacity of 39.13 billion kWh for wind power and 66 billion kWh for photovoltaics. The bidding upper limit for wind power and photovoltaics is 0.349 yuan/kWh, while the lower limits are 0.113 yuan/kWh for wind power and 0.121 yuan/kWh for photovoltaics.
