China General Nuclear Power Corporation (01816.HK) announced that its subsidiary, CGN Lufeng Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., has conducted the first concrete pouring (FCD) of the main reactor building of Unit 2 at the Lufeng Nuclear Power Plant on December 22, 2025. This marks the beginning of comprehensive construction and the start of the civil construction phase for Unit 2 at the Lufeng Nuclear Power Plant. Unit 2 has a installed capacity of 1245MW.
