Sinopec announces that on December 22, 2025, the board of directors received a written resignation report from director and general manager Ke Yusheng, who resigned from his positions as director, general manager, and member of the Strategic Committee due to job changes. His original term was until August 29, 2027. After resigning, Ke Yusheng will take on the role of overall leader of the major key projects at the Huangshi base. His resignation report will take effect from the date it is received by the board of directors and will not affect the normal operation of the company. The company will soon complete the replacement and appointment process, and Ke Yusheng has prepared for the handover, with no outstanding public commitments to fulfill.
