China Merchants Fund (00133.HK) has temporarily reappointed China Merchants Investment Management as the investment manager.

China Merchants Fund (00133.HK) announced that, in view of the existing interim management agreement expiring on December 31, 2025, in order to provide sufficient time for the company to consider and make decisions, and to ensure the continuous operation of the company's investment management, the company and China Merchants Investment Management signed a new interim management agreement on December 22, 2025 to reappoint China Merchants Investment Management as the company's investment manager. The management period will start immediately after the expiration of the existing management agreement on December 31, 2025.
