Tibet Mining Announcement: The Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from Mr. Zhang Jintao. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Zhang Jintao has applied to resign from the positions of director, chairman of the 8th Board of Directors, convener of the Strategic Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. The resignation will take effect upon delivery to the company, and Mr. Zhang Jintao will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning. At the 5th interim meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, Mr. Cai Fangwei was elected as a non-independent director, with a term from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the 8th Board of Directors.
