State Grid Corporation of China: Deputy General Manager Ni Bin Resigns Due to Work Change

State Grid Corporation of China announced that the board of directors has received the resignation report from Deputy General Manager Ni Bin. Due to job changes, Ni Bin has applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager, with his departure scheduled for December 22, 2025, earlier than the original term which was until May 16, 2028. His resignation report will take effect from the date of its submission to the board of directors, and will not have any adverse impact on the company's daily operations. As of the date of the announcement, Ni Bin did not hold any shares in the company, had no unfulfilled public commitments, had completed work handover, and had ceased to serve in any capacity in the listed company and its holding subsidiaries.
