Meridians: 45% of those surveyed who do not own property are considering purchasing property for the first time next year. The mortgage interest rate will remain at 3.25% in the first half of next year.

According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, mortgage brokers successfully surveyed 540 respondents through online access this year. The survey shows that among citizens who do not own property, 45% are planning to purchase property next year, while another 45% are either "watching and waiting" or "remaining neutral," with 10% renting. Of the citizens considering purchasing property for the first time, over 86.2% plan to use it for personal use.
