Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 83 of 2025, announcing the preliminary ruling of the anti-subsidy investigation on imported dairy products from the European Union.

According to Article 29 and Article 30 of the "Anti-Subsidy Regulations," the Ministry of Commerce has proposed to the State Council Tariff Commission to adopt temporary anti-subsidy measures on imported dairy products from the European Union. The State Council Tariff Commission has made a decision based on the Ministry of Commerce's proposal, to implement temporary anti-subsidy measures on imported dairy products from the European Union in the form of temporary anti-subsidy tax deposits starting from December 23, 2025. Importers should provide corresponding temporary anti-subsidy tax deposits to the Customs of the People's Republic of China based on the specific subsidy rates determined in this initial ruling when importing the products under investigation.
