China Railway Group establishes smart technology company including AI and robot business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shanghai Shangtie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: general artificial intelligence application systems; integrated services for artificial intelligence industry application systems; development of artificial intelligence application software; research and development of intelligent robots. Shareholding information revealed by QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.
