Two departments organize the solicitation of typical industrial green and low-carbon cases.

The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued a notice on organizing the collection of typical industrial green and low-carbon cases. It is proposed that the objects of waste-free industrial parks include provincial-level and above industrial parks that have been established for more than 3 years, have legal boundaries and scopes, and have a unified management institution. The industrial parks have reasonable industrial planning, advanced production processes and equipment, low intensity of industrial solid waste generation, high level of comprehensive utilization, sound solid waste management mechanisms, complete utilization and disposal facilities, and have formed a typical model with demonstrative significance and replicability. The objects of waste-free enterprises include enterprises that have been established for more than 3 years, have independent legal personality, operate normally and have a certain production scale, have good credit records, advanced technology, low consumption of raw materials for unit products, high comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste, and have formed a typical model with demonstrative significance and replicability in waste reduction, recycling and harmless disposal.
