The Communist Party of China's Haikou Municipal Committee has released recommendations for the formulation of the fifteenth five-year plan for the national economic and social development of Haikou City, including the continued focus on the implementation of the policy system for the free trade port. Taking the operation of the entire island as an opportunity, strengthen institutional integration and innovation, launch more results with national influence and identification of the free trade port, and effectively achieve feasibility in function, leading standards, carrying capacity in flow, and optimal service. Promote the facilitation of goods trade freedom, make good use of policies such as "zero tariffs" for imported goods and processing value-added for domestic sales exemption from tariffs, expand pilot effects such as temporary entry and exit repairs, re-manufactured product imports and exports, continuously introduce upstream and downstream enterprises, promote industrial agglomeration and improve the industrial chain.
