Zhenghai Magnetic Materials announced that it received the "Final Arbitration Award" from the Danish Arbitration Court on December 19, 2025. In February 2024, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Company filed for arbitration over a contract dispute, seeking a claim of 14.7206 million euros and related expenses. The arbitration tribunal rejected all of their claims and ordered them to pay the company legal representation and expert assistance fees of 1.1951 million euros, as well as bear other related arbitration expenses. This arbitration does not affect the company's daily operations, and the receipt of funds will have a positive impact on the current performance.
