Recently, the People's Government of Shanxi Province announced the decision to abolish 124 administrative normative documents, including the "Notice of the People's Government of Shanxi Province on Prohibiting the Production, Operation, Storage, Transportation, and Ignition of Fireworks". Looking back at the "Notice of the People's Government of Shanxi Province on Prohibiting the Production, Operation, Storage, Transportation, and Ignition of Fireworks" issued on August 18, 2020, at that time Shanxi Province implemented a comprehensive "fireworks ban". With the passage of time, Shanxi Province has undergone a major adjustment in its fireworks and firecrackers management policy. An official from the Taiyuan Market Supervision Administration told the media that they are currently only aware of the recent announcement by the People's Government of Shanxi Province regarding the abolition of 124 administrative normative documents. They have not received any other policy documents regarding how to manage the prohibition of the "Notice of the People's Government of Shanxi Province on Prohibiting the Production, Operation, Storage, Transportation, and Ignition of Fireworks" in the future.
