The country's first "Family-Friendly Alliance" was established in Shenzhen.

When striving in the workplace, many people have the experience of needing to both hold their position and take care of "the old and the young". How to balance work, family, and personal life has become a real issue. Based on this, the concept of a "family-friendly workplace" has emerged. Recently, it was learned at the Second Family-Friendly Workplace Practice and Exchange Conference that Shenzhen has embarked on numerous practices and explorations in this field, reaping fruitful results. At the conference, the country's first "Family-Friendly Alliance" was formally announced. The alliance was initiated by the Shenzhen Women and Children Development Foundation, aiming to unite various forces including the government, enterprises, social organizations, and research institutions to promote the establishment of family-friendly workplaces by employers, effectively enhancing children's well-being and family happiness.
