The Hong Kong Tai Po Wang Fu Court Assistance Fund has increased to 4 billion Hong Kong dollars.

According to the news from the Hong Kong SAR Government website, as of midday today, the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Assistance Fund has received about HK$3.7 billion in external donations, together with the government's initial funding of HK$300 million, the total fund amount is about HK$4 billion. In terms of accommodation assistance, as of this morning, 581 residents are staying in hotel rooms coordinated by the Home Affairs Bureau and Youth Affairs Bureau, 559 residents are staying in youth hostels/dormitories; 3,513 residents are currently staying in Housing Department temporary housing, Housing Society projects, or Tuen Mun Bo Tien transitional housing units.
