The National Medical Products Administration held a symposium for the new session of legal advisors.

On December 20th, the State Administration for Market Regulation held a ceremony to appoint legal advisors for the new term, issuing appointment letters and conducting discussions on promoting the rule of law in drug regulation. Xu Jinghe, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting emphasized the importance of appointing legal advisors and maximizing their professional support role. In recent years, the capacity and level of rule of law in drug regulation have continued to improve. In the new era and on the new journey, the task of promoting the rule of law in drug regulation is arduous and long. Facing new situations and tasks, it is hoped that legal advisors will continue to play the role of "think tank", actively participate in legislation and institutional development, law enforcement and handling of difficult cases, research on emerging issues, and public legal education, working together to enhance the level of legalization in drug regulation and help the cause of drug regulation to reach new heights.
