On the 20th local time, the Thai Ministry of Defense stated in a press conference that the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jets that day and destroyed a weapons depot belonging to the Cambodian side, which was hidden inside an abandoned casino building. The Thai military also stated that on the evening of the 19th, Thai forces launched an airstrike aimed at cutting off the Cambodian side's weapons supply line, which was used to transport BM-21 rocket launchers. Earlier that day, the Cambodian Ministry of Defense announced that Thai F-16 fighter jets had launched an attack.
