From December 18th to 20th, the Central United Front Work Department and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce held a special seminar at the Central Socialist Institute for private economic representatives to study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party and the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference. Liu Yonghao pointed out, "Difficulties will not disappear due to anxiety, 'lying flat' means completely withdrawing from the race.
