Turing quantum and Moore thread jointly research and develop a computing architecture that integrates GPU and quantum processors.
Turing Quantum and domestic GPU company Moore Threads have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on the field of quantum-classical hybrid computing. The two parties will cooperate in GPU-accelerated quantum computing simulation, classical-quantum hybrid computing software and hardware architecture and ecosystem construction, quantum smart computing center construction, and joint promotion of industry solutions. On the architectural side, the two parties will jointly develop a hybrid computing architecture that integrates GPU and quantum processors to deeply integrate the parallel characteristics of quantum computing with the high-performance classical computing power of GPUs. The two parties will also tackle the core technology of hardware interconnection between GPUs and QPUs and leverage the parallel computing capabilities of GPUs to provide low-latency, high-reliability real-time computing support for quantum error correction, helping to build large-scale fault-tolerant optical quantum computers.
