On December 20, the Tianjin Consumer Association, the Peking University E-commerce Law Research Center, and the Beijing Sunshine Consumer Big Data Research Institute jointly released the "Report on Consumer Satisfaction with Online Car Hailing Services". The survey results show that the overall satisfaction level of consumers using online car hailing services is relatively high, with young and middle-aged working professionals being the main users of such services. Safety is the top concern for consumers, indicating that the focus of online car hailing consumption has shifted from "efficiency first" to a stage where "safety and efficiency are equally important", becoming the core foundation for platforms to establish trust.
