New York spot silver hit a new all-time high of nearly $68 on Friday, up about 8.7% for the week. Platinum has surged more than 13.1%, and palladium has risen about 14.8% for the week.

On Friday, New York spot silver rose by 2.59% to $67.1670 per ounce, with a total increase of 8.40% for the week. At 02:12 on December 20th Beijing time, it hit a new high of $67.4595. COMEX silver futures rose by 3.31% to $67.380 per ounce, with a total increase of 8.67% for the week. At 02:12 on the 20th, it also reached a new high of $67.680. COMEX copper futures rose by 0.90% to $5.4865 per pound, with a total increase of 2.59% for the week. Spot platinum rose by 2.60% to $1976.80 per ounce, with a total increase of 13.13% for the week; spot palladium rose by 1.30% to $1714.89 per ounce, with a total increase of 14.79% for the week, following a similar trend to platinum.
