Instacart reached a $60 million settlement in the FTC case.

Instacart rose 1.6% in early trading on Friday. The company will pay $60 million in refunds and change its business practices to address allegations by the Federal Trade Commission that it misled consumers with its "free delivery" promotion and unlawfully enrolled users in subscription services without their explicit consent.
