Wisdom Financial News APP, China Zhuchen 81 (00810) announced that the company recommends that for every 2 shares held on the record date, shareholders will be entitled to subscribe for 5 shares of rights issue shares at a subscription price of 0.102 Hong Kong dollars per rights share, issuing a maximum of 509 million rights shares to raise a total amount of approximately 51.93 million Hong Kong dollars (assuming that all rights shares are fully subscribed and the number of issued shares remains unchanged on or before the record date). The rights issue is only available for eligible shareholders to participate and will not be offered to excluding shareholders (if any).
