According to the Securities Times APP, on Friday, the stock price of Oracle (ORCL.US) rose before the market opened, as of the time of publication, the stock rose more than 4%, to $187.77. On the news side, short video platform TikTok has signed an agreement to sell its U.S. business to a joint venture controlled by American investors, marking the long-term uncertainty surrounding the fate of TikTok's U.S. assets coming to an end.
