Wisdom Finance APP News, China Shenhua (601088.SH) announced that the company and State Energy Group Financial Limited are planning to sign a "State Energy Group Financial Limited Capital Increase Agreement," with State Energy Group holding a 60% stake and the company holding a 40% stake to jointly increase capital in State Energy Group Financial Limited in cash. The total amount of this capital increase is 15 billion yuan, with State Energy Group increasing by 9 billion yuan and the company increasing by 6 billion yuan, all of which will be included in the financial company's registered capital. After this capital increase is completed, the registered capital of the financial company will increase from 17.5 billion yuan to 32.5 billion yuan.
