Greentown China (03900.HK): Greentown Management and China Communications Construction Group have signed a framework agreement for project management until 2025.

Intelligent Financial News APP, Greentown China (03900.HK) announced that Greentown Management Group is from time to time commissioned by China Communications Construction Group, its subsidiary companies and/or their associates as a project management service provider for related projects of China Communications Construction Group, its subsidiary companies and/or their associates. In order to streamline and simplify the transactions under the framework, on December 19, 2025, Greentown Management and China Communications Construction Group entered into the 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement to regulate Greentown Management Group's provision of project management services to China Communications Construction Group, its subsidiary companies and/or their associates. The term of the 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement shall be valid until December 31, 2027.
